For only £18 including postage, receive one stem of each flower from your dream bouquet (Up to 7 stems).

This is used for checking our flower quality & colour matching.

Many brides have made there final decision on their bouquet flowers using this option. Having the flowers in front of you to hold and touch is a great extra service we provide.

STORE

All flowers at First Floral HQ are kept in a dark, dry, clean place.

Flowers are best kept in there box until your big day. Cut the cellotape to release any pressure on the flowers & don't place anything heavy on top of the box. We don't advise storing flowers in direct sun light, like most things that are left in the sun shine there is a chance they could discolour. 

SUPPLIERS

I have worked with our suppliers for 4 years now, all flowers are hand made. Our flowers come from the UK, Canada, Singapore, Twain & China. Our suppliers know us & the volume of flowers we order, they are great at what they do. Always delivering high quality flowers on time every time.

Sometimes things may change, the colour of a flower or the way it is made so ordering at two different times,  may be affected by this. Our suppliers are always developing and evolving, so things do change.

Our suppliers also give us great prices due to the volume of flowers we order so the busier we are the better prices we can offer, we like our customers to see these price reductions to. If we save you save.

DELIVERY

Recorded, signed for delivery, sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the size of the box. Poof of postage & an image of your parcel will be sent.

Free prearranged collection from WF10  Castleford Yorkshire.

Venue flowers can be delivered to your venue for 45p a mile from WF10.

DISCLAIMER

When you receive your order please do remember our flowers are artificial and the stems are wire. We try our best to ensure all bouquet ends are not sharp, because of this kind reminder and warning we can not take responsibility for any injuries or catches to clothing.

We can not accept returns, all items are made to order totally bespoke to you.

PACKAGING

All of our outer packaging is recycled boxes. They are clean safe boxes for transport. This is environmentally friendly and keeps costs down for our customers. You strictly pay what the post office charges us to send, no extra packaging or labour costs.
